Indie developer Red Meat Games launch early Steam access for Sentience PC, a free-to-play multiplayer stealth game where players face a world where humanity no longer exists, having been replaced by an android society, but as some androids develop sentience, a resistance develops…
What is Sentience
Sentience is a free-to-play stealth game set in a sci-fi, cyberpunk dystopian earth where players must make a difficult decision: play as a Sentinel, watching carefully for Rogues and working to maintain the peace of an android-driven society, OR play as a Rogue, fighting back against the Sentinel oppressors in an attempt at freedom.
Sentience is played in short round-based cooperative / pvp gameplay. Compete with other players online, or play offline with single-player round-based games against in-game AI.
Early Access
Sentience is available for PC at an early stage via Steam (Console versions are planned). Being in early access, the game features basic gameplay mechanics and features, which will grow overtime as the game gets more players.
“We were thrilled with the response to the demo, and we can’t wait for fans to experience multiplayer,”
Norma Rossler, Owner of Red Meat Games and Producer on Sentience, commented.
“Early Access is the perfect opportunity to gather even more feedback as we work towards releasing on consoles, and finalizing the PC version.”
