miHoYo (the studio behind Genshin Impact) announced that its Romance and Detective game Tears of Themis, where you play the role of a young attorney from investigation to courtroom in a massive conspiracy case, will launch free-to-play on Android and iOS on July 29.
Players will start their legal career as a junior attorney accompanied by four distinctive male protagonists with complex personalities as they hunt for the truth and unravel the massive conspiracy lurking behind the worlds of justice and crime. Players will investigate crime scenes and question case suspects and witnesses to obtain relevant clues and testimonies leading to the discovery of a sinister conspiracy. After processing all evidence, they will head to the court and fight for justice through legal debates.
The game has been announced as free-to-play but it isn’t known at this stage which F2P model will be implemented. If similar to Genshin Impact, players will be able to play all core content for free with optional Gacha purchases.
