Global F2P games leader Nexon today unveiled details on new games in development at the company’s studios in Seoul, South Korea, including Project SF2, a free-to-play 3D anime RPG with turn based combat similar to games like Final Fantasy.

About Project SF2

‘Project SF2’ is a new work that has raised the level of perfection and charm in order to compare it with the masterpieces of collectible RPG games targeting the global market. By using a full 3D cartoon rendering method, Nexon’s studio is focusing on detailed expressions such as appearance, emotions, and personality so that graphics look like an animation infused with the detailed personality and charm of the character. In addition, they maximized the fun of turn-based strategy, where strategy changes depending on the character’s skill range, range, and location.

Project SF2 Release

Project SF2 is under active development and will first launch in South Korea with closed beta tests starting end of 2021.
Planned supported operating systems include PC, Consoles (Xbox One & X/S, PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch) and Mobiles (iOS, Android).
