Paradox Interactive is currently running a giveaway event for free-to-play RTS Crusader Kings II (Windows, Mac & Linux), offering free copies of The Reaper’s Due DLC to anyone until March 09 at 10am PT.

Crusader Kings II (2012) is a very positively reviewed free-to-play strategy game set in the Dark Ages and packed with both single-player and multiplayer modes. From time to time, Paradox gives away some of its paid DLCs for free.
The Reaper’s Due expansion adds a host of new mechanics centered on the Black Death and other world shaping epidemics. Lock your gates to keep the plague from infecting your court, even if it means cutting yourself off from your suffering citizens. Peace and good management will see your provinces reward you with greater wealth and manpower, but constant war and disease may depopulate your countryside.

How to unlock The Reaper’s Due DLC

All you need to do is to go to the Steam page to claim and add the DLC to your library. Note that the base game, which is continuously free-to-play, is required to enjoy the DLC.
