Upcoming free to play collectible card game Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge will be available as an open alpha demo from October 3rd to October 10th, 2022 as part of the Steam Next Fest event. Those who take part will earn exclusive cosmetic rewards to be used in the final release planned for 2023.
Open Alpha Details
During Steam Next Fest (oct. 03-10), players will be able to download an alpha demo version of Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge on Steam (Windows/Mac), and choose between two armies (out many more): Goff Orks and Ultramarines, each having their unique warlords, play styles and game mechanics. Both single-player and online multiplayer modes will be playable during the week long open alpha test. As way to make the download even more worthwhile, all participants will earn exclusive in-game rewards (cosmetics) for taking part and reaching certain milestones.
