Modus Games announced that Maximum Football will be a free-to-play title for PC (Windows), PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, and revealed the UE5 graphics and physics of the game in a new trailer.

About Maximum Football

In order to compete with its paid counterpart Madden NFL, Maximum Football aims to offer a premium football experience to fans for free. The game will feature Pro Season and Coach modes, in-depth customization, the choice to take on the league with professional or college rule sets, online as well as local competitive and co-op play. On the F2P side, it is stated that there will be no kind of randomized premium content.

Release Dates

Maximum Football will first launch on PC (Windows) in Early Access on Steam in the spring of 2023, and will be coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S at a later date.
